The Kansas City Chiefs are celebrating their second Super Bowl victory in the last four years today with a downtown Kansas City parade and rally, drawing thousands of fans.
And while quarterback Patrick Mahomes has certainly solidified his position as arguably the best at his position in the NFL, there are plenty who have a negative opinion of him due to his outspoken spouse Brittany, as well as his younger brother Jackson.
Though both of them were rarely heard from this past season, Mahomes' spouse is now speaking out and demanding an apology from those who doubted the Chiefs at the beginning of the year.
"I think a lot of people need to apologize for what they said about this team at the beginning of this season," Brittany Mahomes wrote.
The quarterback's brother Jackson has also found himself in the news for the wrong reasons in recent years, including pouring water on a fan while sitting in a suite, dancing on Sean Taylor’s memorial in Washington DC, and also trying to slam a Kansas City bar for being unable to accommodate his large entourage.
