CeeDee Lamb, Jerry Jones discussing massive extension!
He could be making some serious dough!

Is Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb on track to become one of the highest paid, if not the highest paid, players in the National Football League at his position?
The 17th overall pick by the Cowboys in the 2020 NFL Draft is entering the final season of his rookie deal, and is set to earn himself a handsome new contract thanks to his efforts on the field this season.
The 1,613 yards that Lamb has amassed this season have already broken the franchise record of 1,603 set by team legend Michael Irvin. As if that wasn't enough, Lamb also has 122 receptions, besting Irvin's previous record of 111. Meanwhile, he trails the NFL's leader Tyreek Hill in yards by just 66 heading into the final game of the season.
During his interview on 105.3 The Fan, Jones stated that he's very pleased with the performance of Lamb this season, and that he's everything that the franchise expected him to be.
“Well, let me say this, he is everything that I thought he would be,” Jones said. “And you guys know well enough that you don’t talk your business and negotiate in a public forum. But the point is he has certainly met the mark of everything that we thought he could be when we drafted… When CeeDee dropped down there to us it was a no-brainer to bring him on. And I think he's just getting started."
Does Lamb want to be the highest paid wideout in the NFL? Right now, it's Hill who holds that rank with a $30 million a year salary.
“Ideally, yeah, for sure,” Lamb said.
But he was sure to say that right now that he's focused on helping the Cowboys win the Super Bowl.
“After that, then we’ll start talking," he said.
