Cowboys hosting veteran NFL wide receiver
Would he be a good fit in the Dallas system?
While the Dallas Cowboys have underwhelmed so far this offseason despite team owner and general manager Jerry Jones' pledge to go "all in", they're hosting a veteran wide receiver for a visit.
According to multiple reports, former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones is in town meeting with the team after he was released following the selection of LSU's Brian Thomas Jr. in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
A Dallas native, Jones has racked up 287 receptions for a total of 3,028 yards and 18 touchdowns in the first seven years of his NFL career, which started after being selected by the Buffalo Bills in 2017.
He's already met with the Arizona Cardinals and Tennessee Titans.
