Cowboys insider leaks future of QB Dak Prescott
Is this what is in the cards?
The Football Feed
The Dallas Cowboys are set at the quarterback position for the foreseeable future, but just how much longer will Dak Prescott be with the franchise?
The 2024 season is going to the the final year of his current contract, and while general manager and team owner Jerry Jones has made no secret about the fact that he'd prefer to see Prescott stay a member of the team for the remainder of his career, there are others who feel Dallas would be better served by moving on from the expensive quarterback who has yet to take them on a deep postseason run.
In the meantime, one particular Cowboys insider believes that a new contract for Prescott could be coming as soon as next month. Jon Machota of The Athletic recently wrote that the "most likely scenario" is that Prescott puts ink to paper in March.
Cowboys fans, how would you feel if this was the direction the franchise goes in, locking up Dak Prescott for the rest of his career?
