Not a good update.

It was just over one year ago today that Dallas Cowboys legend Michael Irvin was removed from Super Bowl coverage after he was accused of sexual harassment.
And now, he's facing an additional unspecified allegation that have been sufficient enough for the Allen, Texas Police Department to open an investigation.
“There has been an allegation, but we are not prepared to release any details at this time due to our investigation being in its very early stages,” Allen PD Public Information Officer Jonathan Maness explained.
Levi McCathern, Irvin’s attorney, disputed any wrongdoing on the part of his client.
“Michael hasn’t done anything wrong, so not even sure what an investigation could be about,” he said in a text message to The Dallas Morning News.
He also predicted that the current situation “will turn out to be much ado about nothing.”
