Cowboys reportedly interested in Bill Belichick!
Could the Hall of Famer be coming to Dallas?
The Football Feed
The Dallas Cowboys are absolutely imploding against the Green Bay Packers, and if things don't improve in a hurry, it could serve as the final game of Mike McCarthy's tenure as head coach of the team.
Coincidently, Bill Belichick has just vacated his role as head coach of the New England Patriots after leading them to six Super Bowl championships. Could Jerry Jones be interested?
According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the Cowboys could "be in play" to land Belichick.
"Yes, the Cowboys are believed to be in play [for Belichick]," Florio said on NBC's pre-game show Saturday. "There's a long history of respect and admiration between Bill Belichick and Jerry Jones. They have a great team there. Belichick could just go in and coach it to places they haven't been in a very long time."
Just how odd would it be to see that?
