Cowboys reveal true thoughts on Odell Beckham Jr.
Will he or won't he be coming to Big D?
The Football Feed
He remains the top available National Football League free agent, and he's been heavily recruited by members of the Dallas Cowboys, even having been treated to court side seats at a recent Dallas Mavericks game at American Airlines Center earlier this week.
And while the team as well as the New York Giants and Buffalo Bills await his final decision, members of the team are starting to reveal what they think of the prospects of his deciding to bring his talents to Dallas.
Take Micah Parsons' view, for example:
"Obviously he knows we want him, but really just wanted to make him feel at home," he said. "There’s only so much you can say…This ain’t college, like you’re saying you’re gonna get the best education. I’m pretty sure he knows what we got here.”
How about DeMarcus Lawrence? It sounds like he's all about business and would welcome Beckham, but isn't interested in the media distraction that comes with it.
“It’s fair to say I’m trying to reach a Super Bowl," Lawrence said. "So if he can come and help us do that, yes, I’ll accept him. But if we’re just gonna do the circus, like, no, I don’t. I’m focused on this team.”
We still are waiting to find out exactly what Beckham will do. Stay tuned!
