The Dallas Cowboys have hired a new member of the coaching staff, and if his name sounds familiar, there's a reason for it.
Former Cowboys safety Darian Thompson, who played for the team from 2018 through 2021, is now the team's linebacker coach/quality control coach:
Over the course of his career, he racked up 170 tackles and 1.5 sacks, as well as two interceptions.
