It's the end of another era with the Dallas Cowboys, who have already decided to cut ties with longtime running back Ezekiel Elliott.
Veteran tight end Dalton Schultz, who has played the last four seasons in Dallas and spent last season playing on the franchise tag, is leaving the Cowboys to sign with their in-state rival Houston Texans. His deal is worth a reported $9 million.
In 15 games played for the Cowboys last season, Schultz hauled in 57 passes for 577 yards and five touchdowns.
