As we are already entering week 2 of the pre-season, several key players could slowly appear in the line-ups.

The first game of the week will be held in Seattle where the Seahawks will face the Chicago Bears. While the initial plan was to play Drew Lock as quarterback for the Hawks, we learn through ESPN's Adam Schefter that he will not be available to play this Thursday after testing positive for COVID-19.

ESPN reporter Laura Rutledge confirmed a few minutes later that 31 years old quarterback Eugene Cyril "Geno" Smith III will be the starter. As she reported, the condition of the Seattle QB could also have a direct impact on the game the following week, as it'll be a clash between the Seahawks and the Dallas Cowboys.

Thursday's game will air on ESPN beginning at 8pm EST with play-by-play Steve Levy and commentator Louis Riddick picking up where they left off last season, but this time Dan Orlovsky will be in the booth with them and the excellent Laura Rutledge acting as sideline reporters.
