Is this a trade that could go down?

Could the Pittsburgh Steelers have a 2023 NFL Draft trade up their sleeves? Don't be surprised, according to ESPN's Mel Kiper.
As of right now, the Steelers would hold the No. 14 overall selection when it comes time to announce their selection this spring. But in Kiper's mind, they could trade down to add additional draft capital.
Take a look at what he had to say:
"The Steelers have picked in the Top 11 just twice in the last 20 years, and one of those was a trade up (for linebacker Devin Bush in 2019)," Kiper wrote recently for ESPN. "I went to No. 11 there because that's where they got Ben Roethlisberger in 2004 and where ESPN's FPI has them projected in 2023. They just took quarterback Kenny Pickett In Round 1 last year, so they don't have a need at that position. New general Manager Omar Khan could try to add capital via a trade back."
Additionally, the Steelers currently hold the No. 34 and 46 overall selections in the 2023 NFL Draft. Plenty of teams would love to be able to have the chance to add three top talents within the first 50 selections. General Manager Omar Khan will certainly have his work cut out for him when it comes to fixing several of the things that went wrong for his team this year.
