Ex-Cowboys coach Jason Garrett replaces Drew Brees on NBC
The former NFL head coach is back in the game.
After the departure of Drew Brees after just one year, it was announced that it will be former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett that will be replacing on NBC's "Sunday Night Football" pregame show.
Following a career in the NFL, Garrett would delve into coaching with the Cowboys and would be named interim head coach in 2010. He would later be elevated to the role of head coach in 2011 and spent several years with the team before being terminated in 2019.
He also later served as offensive coordinator for the New York Giants.
