Family of Ravens’ Jaylon Ferguson releases statement after his tragic death
Ferguson was just 26 years of age.
It's been a tragic week for the Baltimore Ravens organization, to say the least.
26 year old outside linebacker Jaylon Ferguson passed away at the age of 26 after being found unresponsive in a home in Baltimore’s Harwood neighborhood late Tuesday. So far, no cause of death has been released.
The family of the late NFL player has released a statement, calling his passing "one of the darkest moments in our lives".
The statement reads that despite “the speculation in earlier reports, at this point in time the cause of Jaylon’s death has yet to be determined. This is one of the darkest moments in our lives and we are still utterly shocked. We ask that you please respect our privacy as we navigate through this difficult time.”
