Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster is certainly riding high right now with the Kansas City Chiefs as they continue preparations for their upcoming postseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO.
Of course, Schuster was on the wrong end of a postseason defeat at the hands of the Chiefs while a member of the Steelers last season. But now, he's happy to be on a squad with a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl.
"It feels good to be on this sideline," Smith-Schuster said. "It's amazing. Last year it was a tough situation coming in here and playing a great team. Now that I'm here and I'm going into this game, playing against another good team, it just feels good to be on this side of the ball."
This season with the Chiefs, his first since coming over from Pittsburgh, Schuster hauled in 78 passes for 933 yards and three touchdowns. He'll have a chance for his first postseason victory, as he went 0-3 with the Steelers during his time in the Steel City.
Meanwhile, his former Steelers teammates saw their season end on the outside looking in at the postseason thanks to a slow start to the year.
