Kyler Murray, Pete Carroll test positive for COVID-19
They're both now in isolation.
A couple of notable COVID-19 positive cases were announced by their respective teams this afternoon.
In the first place, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, who recently put pen to paper on a massive contract extension worth $230 million, tested positive, and is experiencing "minor" symptoms.
Additionally, 70 year-old Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has also tested positive:
The team released the following statement:
"Yesterday, head coach Pete Carroll tested positive for COVID-19. He is fully vaccinated and experiencing mild symptoms, while remaining at home. Carroll remains in contact with the coaching staff and will participate in team meetings virtually until he returns to the facility."
