Earlier this season, the Las Vegas Raiders lost their head coach, Jon Gruden, after he resigned following email scandal. He was accused of sending homophobic and misogynistic emails. 

According to Adam Schefter, ESPN insider, the Las Vegas organization have hired a new head coach. Josh McDaniels is gonna be the new Raiders head coach. McDaniels, 45 years old, has spent the last 10 seasons as the offensive coordinator for the New England Patriots. 

The Sin City organization had a rough season this year. Rex Ryan thinks its their best decision so far so next season.

Las Vegas also announced that they hired Dave Ziegler as their new GM.

Ziegler, 44 years old, has spent the last ninth season as Patriots director of player personnel.  

Raiders are definitely looking to put the team back on track following a difficult season.
