Miami Dolphins lose QB again under concussion protocol
Things are getting more complicated for Miami!
After the saga surrounding the star quarterback of the Miami Dolphins Tua Tagovailoa, the NFLPA and the NFL have established new protocol to rectify the way to manage the evaluation of a possible concussion.
A week later, the same team is still in the hot seat today. Dolphins backup QB Teddy Bridgewater has just suffered a blow which required an assessment of his state of health. As reported by Tom Pelissero, Bridgewater had to leave the game due to the new protocol.
The Miami organization therefore had to send third stringer Skylar Thompson into the game. A test by an independent neurologist is also part of the new protocol. Everything will be done over the next few days.
Miami trails Jets 17-19 at MetLife Stadium with five mins left in 3rd quarter.
More details to come.
