O.J. Simpson takes a stab at Antonio Brown

That's quite the sharp take!

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wideout Antonio Brown quit on his team during Sunday afternoon's game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium. While the Bucs were driving down the field in the 3rd quarter, Brown was seen stripping off his jersey and equipment, tossing them to fans, and jogging to the locker room on his own despite teammates pleas for him not to.

Afterwards, head coach Bruce Arians confirmed that Brown had been cut and was no longer a member of the team. And while his bizarre actions have drawn plenty of reaction, one notorious former NFL player is taking a stab at offering his take on the situation - none other than O.J. Simpson, who of course is known now more for his off-field exploits.

"Playoffs are coming up," Simpson said. "And you pull this crap on a guy who really went out on a limb for you? It's total B.S. Inexcusable."

Brown immediately released a rap track on Instagram later in the day, and was also seen court side at Barclay's Center for a Brooklyn Nets NBA game.
