Report: Cowboys meeting with Ezekiel Elliott
Could the former fan favorite return?
Here's one for fans of the Dallas Cowboys to keep their eyes on.
According to multiple reports, the team met today with former fan favorite Ezekiel Elliott, who played multiple season with the Cowboys after being drafted out of Ohio State.
After playing multiple seasons with the Cowboys, Elliott was released and would sign with the New England Patriots. He would lead the team with 642 rushing yards while averaging 3.5 yards per carry. He also racked up three touchdowns and had 51 receptions for an additional 313 yards.
Cowboys fans, would you be open to bringing Elliott back for a second tenure?
