Report: Steelers have made major offer to standout WR
But will he be taking it?
The Football Feed
The Pittsburgh Steelers have already made major moves on the offensive side of the ball, welcoming in new quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Justin Fields while trading Kenny Pickett and allowing Mason Rudolph and Mitchell Trubisky walk via free agency.
But are they looking to add another major weapon for their new quarterbacks? According to a report, the Steelers have made an offer to standout wide receiver Tyler Boyd, who has spent the first eight seasons of his National Football League career playing with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The scouting report via ESPN:
"A fit for offenses that major in 11 personnel, Boyd can win inside matchups and move the chains. He has been a consistent pro and wins with detail in the route tree. Boyd caught 67 passes for 667 yards in 2023, and he has 31 career touchdowns."
Is Boyd someone that you'd like to see Wilson and Fields throwing bombs to in 2024?
