Terrible update released on QB Jimmy Garappolo

The absolute worst case scenario has come to pass for San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garappolo. The injury he suffered earlier this afternoon against the Miami Dolphins was sufficient enough to require him to be carted off the field, and now we know the extent of it.

Garappolo has suffered a broken foot, and his season is officially over.
