Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo now makes his living as an NFL analyst, and he’s known for his astute commentary. And he pulled no punches when it came to his heir at the QB position with the Cowboys, issuing a brutal public call out for Dak Prescott’s decision making during today’s game against the weak Detroit Lions.
Romo was less than impressed with Prescott’s passing attempt to CeeDee Lamb, leading to this opining on the air:
“This is really lucky,” he said. “Too aggressive. This is one of the easier (passes to intercept). That was a huge mistake by Dak.”
The Cowboys find themselves trailing 6-3 against the visiting Lions.
