The Dallas Cowboys lost Leighton Vander Esch during this past weekend's loss against the rival San Francisco 49ers, as he suffered a neck injury. And now, they've announced the next step.
The Cowboys have placed him on Injured Reserve, and they expect him to be missing at least the next four to six weeks. The games he will be missing include matches against the Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, Philadelphia Eagles, and New York Giants.
The Cowboys take on the Chargers at SoFi Stadium this weekend.
