Talk about the end of an era.
According to multiple reports, running back Ezekiel Elliott has played his last game as a member of the Dallas Cowboys.
Since being selected with the No. 4 pick in the 2016 MLB Draft, Elliott has been one of the most important points of the team offense. He's under contract through 2026, and was the highest paid player in the NFL at the position this season with a salary cap hit of $18.2 million.
Tony Pollard is now the lead RB in town, while Elliott racked up a career low 876 yards on 3.8 yards per carry this past season along with 12 touchdowns in 15 games played.
