Cowboys lose Zack Martin to injury
Well, that's not what we wanted to hear.
The Football Feed
Playing professional football is one of the roughest sports on the planet, and the Dallas Cowboys are finding that out first hand this season.
During this afternoon's game against the visiting New York Jets in the home opener at AT&T Stadium, right guard Zack Martin injured his ankle and has been listed by the team as questionable to be able to return. The good news is that it's late in the game with Dallas currently holding a 20 point lead, so Martin may not be needed for the remainder of the afternoon.
Martin, who held out of training camp due to a contract dispute, was a limited participant in practice due to a groin injury but was able to give it a full go during Friday's practice.
