One legendary NFL figure was on hand during practice.

He's one of the great quarterbacks in NFL history, and still holds multiple records as well as having led both the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos to Super Bowl victories. And he happened to be on hand earlier today at practice for the Green Bay Packers.
Peyton Manning took in part of Green Bay's training camp session on the field earlier today, and needless to say, the players were impressed to meet with him.
“Nothing about going on ‘Quarterbacks,’” quarterback Jordan Love said, referencing Manning’s documentary-style show.
“As soon as I saw him,” Christian Watson said, “I said, ‘That’s crazy. I’ve got to go say what’s up.’ I went over there, and surprisingly he said he was a big fan. I was like, ‘No, I’m a big fan.’ It was a little back and forth, but it was cool.
“For me, it’s really just humbling to hear that from a guy like that. It just goes to show I’m making progress toward the type of player I want to be. Just knowing the expectations he had for himself, and the expectations I have for myself, I’ve got to keep on climbing.”
“Oh, it felt good,” Jaire Alexander said. “Because, you know, we beat Peyton Manning in the Pro Bowl. Got a little advance off that. So it’s always good to see Peyton.”
