Dallas Cowboys already have Kellen Moore replacement in mind
Would this be the ideal hire?

It was officially the end of an era with the Dallas Cowboys earlier this week on the heels of yet another disappointing postseason setback at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers.
Offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and the team "mutually" parted ways, departing the role that he had held since 2019. He's already found new employment in quick fashion, accepting the offensive coordinator position with the Los Angeles Chargers.
And while it has been said that Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy will be calling the offensive plays next season, it looks as though the team is looking for a more permanent replacement for Moore. And they're already set to bring in an outside candidate for the position.
According to multiple reports, Carolina Panthers running backs coach Jeff Nixon will be interviewing with the Cowboys for the vacant OC job:
Nixon, who has been a member of the Carolina coaching staff since 2020, previously served at Baylor University as their co-offensive coordinator and running backs coach.
