The Dallas Cowboys are known with the affectionate moniker of "America's Team", and it certainly showed on Thanksgiving Day. In fact, the Cowboys have made NFL history.
Their Thanksgiving Day game against the New York Giants was the most watched regular season game in NFL history with a whopping 42 million viewers. That's three percent higher than last year's Thanksgiving Day game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
You may be wondering what the previous record holder was - that would be a 1990 matchup between the Giants and San Francisco 49ers that drew in just over 41 million viewers.
Whether you love them or hate them, the Cowboys absolutely draw in viewers!
