The Ezekiel Elliott era with the Dallas Cowboys came to an end earlier this offseason when it was announced that the team would be cutting him.
While the Cowboys have left the door open for a potential return for Zeke, no deal has materialized. In the meantime, he’s also not been able to garner any serious interest from another NFL team.
However, that could be changing. Multiple reports have indicated that Elliott has met with the New England Patriots, but that no deal has been able to emerge just yet.
Just how odd would it be to see Elliott wearing the colors of the Patriots after all those years in Dallas?
