Steelers release negative update on George Pickens
This doesn't bode well for tomorrow night.
The Football Feed
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens was a bright spot for the team last season, racking up 52 receptions for 801 yards and four touchdowns in all 17 games after being selected with the 52nd overall pick of the 2022 Draft.
But will he be available for the Steelers tomorrow night as they look to improve their record to 1-1 after dropping the opening matchup against the San Francisco 49ers? The latest news report isn't ideal.
According to the Steelers final injury report before tomorrow's game, Pickens was limited in practice this week due to a hamstring injury, though it isn't clear if the injury was suffered during practice or during the Week 1 setback against the 49ers.
Of course, this does nothing to help the Steelers, who are already without Diontae Johnson for several weeks thanks to the injury he suffered in Week 1.
