It was a season to remember for Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, who completed 68.8% of his passes for 37 touchdowns to 10 interceptions while earning 11 wins in his 16 starts. Of course, this means that he also now holds the franchise record for most touchdown throws in a season, breaking the mark previously held by Tony Romo.  He also threw 410 passes for 4,449 yards - strong numbers by any comparison.

The Cowboys are on the verge of starting the 2022 NFL season in which they'll look to not only defend their NFC East crown, but advance farther in the postseason to avenge last season's disappointing loss to San Francisco. And according to former Cowboys defensive end Marcus Spears, Prescott is under enormous pressure this season - perhaps the most he's ever faced.

While talking recently on ESPN’s “Get Up”, Spears stated his belief that not only is Dak under enormous pressure, but that there are also a lot of things working against Dallas right now.

“This will be the most pressure, everybody is talking about Dak having his best season," Spears said. "I think he has the potential to do that. This is also the most pressure, to me, Dak Prescott has been under because he doesn’t have all of those requisite weapons. We don’t know how this run game is going to look… There’s a lot of things working against the Dallas Cowboys right now.”

Do you agree with what the former Cowboys defensive end had to say?
